Authors are invited to submit original research papers not published or currently under review elsewhere. Submissions must be in English and follow the ACM double-column conference style.
Accepted workshop papers will appear in a companion volume with the ICDCN 2027 proceedings through the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS), indexed by ACM, DBLP, Scopus, and other indexing services.
All submissions must use the official LaTeX ACM article template (acmart.cls, v2.16+):
\documentclass[sigconf,authordraft]{acmart}
Templates: acm.org/publications/proceedings-template
Workshop papers must be no more than 6 pages (double-column, ACM format), including title, abstract, figures, and references.
Double-blind review — author names, affiliations, and self-identifying references must be removed from submissions.
Minimum 3 reviews per paper. Acceptance rate capped at 40% per ICDCN steering committee policy.
At least one author of each accepted Workshop, Demo, or Poster paper must register at the appropriate rate:
Workshop-Day Registration — required if attending only on the day of your presentation.
Regular Registration — required if attending the full conference (January 4–7, 2027).
Use of generative AI tools is permitted in accordance with ACM guidelines.
Accepted papers will appear in the ACM ICPS companion proceedings, indexed by ACM, DBLP, and Scopus.
Authors not in the ACM Open program may be required to pay an APC. See ACM author guidance.
